An extremely pleasant and good sized room provided with a balcony, a whirlpool, for example. Particularly good location with very nice restaurant nearby.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The venue's position was central.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing excellent amenities like a heated indoor pool and fitness center. The staff was friendly and efficient, assisting with all my business needs, including setting up my meeting equipment. The location right by the river provided a beautiful view and easy access to the falls. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options available on the buffet or from the menu.

Parking was limited despite the fee.

All of the staff were pleasant. Liked the queen room with balconies and big window, as example I was given. The breakfast served was great, everything you could wish for, with more Vegan options and a beautiful view, as example.

Friendly check-in, parking on site.

The location near the scenic walkway to Niagara Falls added charm, although the pool area felt a bit unkempt. A comfortable experience that exceeded my expectations.

i loved my stay here! the river view from my room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. the staff was super friendly and helped make our visit enjoyable. it truly exceeded my expectations compared to my last stay in niagara falls.

The room was spacious and featured a large window with a fine river view, especially beautiful at sunrise. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the falls and great restaurants. The pool area was a fun way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Some amenities were lacking, and parking is an additional cost.

the king room with a river view had amazing views of the scenic river and it was perfect for watching the sunset. room amenities included a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. the hot tub was a real treat after a day of exploring. loved that staff greeted us with warm cookies!
